Delegates from over 22 nations attended a fantastic weeklong masterclass in NEXT GENERATION best practices and then at a fun filled gala dinner at St Agnes – a 13th century convent – where they watched as the best and brightest received the highest industry Awards and honor for their excellence and best practices. This was the 13th annual best in the World from ContactCenterWorld.com - the Global Association for Contact Center and Customer Engagement Best Practices.

Commenting on the 2018 Best in the World event, Raj Wadhwani, President of ContactCenterWorld.com added "This has been another fantastic year for the industry! So many best practices - we counted over 500 - shared at this years conference that is associated with the awards. It's inspiring to see and hear from the brightest and best in the industry and we look forward to an even bigger 2019 awards year."
Wadhwani added "it is interesting to see so many participants from the Asia Pacific area – these companies are in some cases leaps ahead of their counterparts in Europe and Americas who were not good enough to compete this year! All too often European and American companies think they are ahead of the world but when they face up to their counterparts in our global competition, they come short!
