Call & Contact Center Industry. This experience has been gained across a diverse range of
products including Next Generation Contact Center, Workforce Optimization and Gamification,
both On Prem and Cloud.
In this role of leveraging the global reach of Collab, Carlos has been a speaker in events in +30
countries. Also, Carlos has a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering – Instituto Superior
