Jiggs has worked at GFM for 17 years and has extensive experience in the delivery of Omi-Channel contact centres; particularly within the travel, leisure and media industries. He has overseen the successful implementation and ongoing management of some of GFM ClearComms’ largest contact centres and client accounts.

Beverley McIntyre - COO GFM ClearComms
Beverley spent 26 years at News UK in the media industry before joining the GFM team as COO in 2016, where she is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational performance of the company as whole. Beverley has led both internal and outsourced teams to consistently achieve high levels of productivity and performance.
