As Lead Brand & Communications Consultant, Melissa joined Premier CX with an eclectic – and invaluable – agency background in 3 key areas: written communications, branding and consumer psychology. Melissa began her career in International Market Research developing pioneering ethnographic and neuroscience-based research techniques for brands such as Coca Cola, P&G and Sainsbury’s across the globe. Melissa has worked across industry sectors, mostly in FMCG but also in Finance, Pharmaceutical, B2B and Government and has experience of working in many markets (Asia, Middle East, USA and Europe). Her clients include Hewlett Packard, Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s, Tesco, Unilever, P&G, Coca Cola, Guinness, Channel 4 and Nurofen. Clear, creative thinking and her experience of working so widely across markets and industry sectors are the hallmarks of Melissa’s work and she is adept at delivering communications that are not just customer-centric but on-brand and aligned to brand strategy.
