What is a Mystery Employee?

Mystery Employee programmes are a great was to assess the satisfaction level, quality and compliance of all aspects of the role from the recruitment and interview phase, the on-boarding and the training. Of course, the experience with the company does not stop once training as complete and mystery employee can give real-time information on what the atmosphere is like, what happens in real-life situations and what is like working day to day in a company.

Mystery employees are able to give honest and true feedback on what it like working with managers and team members and is able to pinpoint weak areas which may include toxic employees, extensive work load, incorrect training and also compliance to legal requirements.

Mystery Employee programmes are designed to send shoppers through job applications, interviews, inductions and gain employment with a company. The shoppers work for the company for a period of time and assess the whole experience to provide clients invaluable insight, enabling them to understand how their internal processes are perceived by new and prospective employees.
