Cloud adoption is accelerating so why is this the wrong question to ask?

Cloud is an oft-misused term. Common challenges are the lack of an employee and customer engagement roadmaps and inadequate thought around optimising the agility and modularity that cloud-based solutions offer. The limitation is not usually the cloud, it's the lack of complete change plans and enablement strategies for agents, and the assimilation of all the available capabilities by the business to drive differentiated outcomes. Don't ask which cloud. Instead, decide what you want your cloud to do.
