Rob has been Principal Solution Consultant for EMEA at Zendesk since 2017, with a personal focus on delivering value and success for service departments and organisations. Rob works with existing customers and prospects to create relationships that are more meaningful, personal, and productive and in over 15+ years of working within enterprise customer experience software has worked with companies such as John Lewis, Tesco, Groupon, Uber, Shell Energy, Deliveroo and many more. Previous to working in Software, Rob trained and worked as a Primary School teacher.
