After discovering the world of customer service in banking call centers during his studies, Damien pursued entrepreneurship studies at HEC and then at Berkeley in Silicon Valley, with a strong determination to bring innovation to the customer relations sector. A few years later, after meeting his two partners, Damien co-founded Mayday, the first AI-based knowledge empowerment platform.
