Franka Martinovic
Franka Martinovic is an accomplished customer support leader with significant experience in team management and operations. She currently serves as Director of Customer Support at Intercom, where she has been instrumental in hiring, coaching, and developing support teams, while driving key cross-functional projects. Since joining Intercom in 2018, Franka has taken on various positions and played a critical role in shaping the company’s support strategy.
Before Intercom, she held leadership roles at Voxpro, managing technical support for Nest’s contract, and previously worked in communications and journalism. Franka also holds degrees in Communication and Media Studies and Public Relations from the University of Zagreb.
