I have worked in Financial Services for over 25 years, building my career within Quilter in a variety of roles. For the past 7 years I have had the privilege of being a Vulnerable Customer Specialist, which has included leading a dedicated working group to ensure we were ready for the FCA’s New Consumer Duty, and helping our teams to understand the broad nature of vulnerability and how we can best support our customers. I am a member of the ABI’s Vulnerability Steering Group, and co-chair of the TISA Vulnerable Customers Forum.
