Jo Garland

Director, Customer Engagement EMEA, The LEGO Group

Jo has spent her career in the customer experience and contact centre industry, leading teams in Waitrose, John Lewis, Asda and the Lego Group where she has recently joined as Director, Customer Engagement EMEA. Prior to joining the Lego Group, Jo spent a year at Concentrix, experiencing the BPO side of the industry. Jo is passionate about creating an employee experience that ensures everyone enjoys coming to work and aspires to develop a career within the industry. Completing her Masters in Leadership at Henley Business School provided the opportunity to undertake research into the drivers of employee engagement in remote contact centres. Jo also leads the Alumni Learning Events Group at Henley Business School, enabling her to have access to the latest research and the platform to bring academia and business professionals together.
