Hi I'm Martin, I started on the phones as an agent in 1995 and I haven't left the industry. I love it. I started the UK's first podcast about our industry called Get out of Wrap in 2019 and have spoken to over a hundred wonderful people from our world. This year I founded the Team Leader Community a space for Team Leaders to come together and share best practice & challenges and work together to become expert leaders.
