Rob has approaching 30 years contact centre recruitment industry experience. After completing University, he spent two years working in an Outbound Call Centre where he developed his passion for all things contact centre and CX. At CCA recruitment group Rob is responsible for collaborating with clients to develop recruitment solutions and leading on executive and confidential searches. Prior to joining CCA recruitment group, he began his recruitment career at the UK’s first Contact Centre specialist recruitment consultancy where he spent 3 years. He then worked within a leading executive recruiter specialising in Contact Centre Outsourcing appointments and managed a large team of successful recruiters. This experience makes him one of the longest serving and most experienced recruiters in the UK into the CX & Contact Centre marketplace.
