Thomas Lashbrook is a Problem Manager at CGI, where he leverages his expertise in IT Technology and process improvement to enhance work experiences and optimize workloads. He holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of South Wales and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of the West of England. With a keen interest in applying psychological principles to organizational processes, Thomas is passionate about improving efficiency and the work environment for customers and employees. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys composing music, blending creativity with analytical thinking.
