Building on the success of the previous exhibitions, the Call & Contact Centre Expo has launched two new on-site VIP 1-1 bespoke meeting programmes.

The bespoke programmes offer a structured, pre-arranged meeting schedule for buyers to meet with our exhibiting companies. As an exhibitor, you will be able to present your message, solutions, and products to leading decision-makers and buyers from top UK contact centres. This in-person contact with the right, selected professionals allows you to network and generate leads across the two days.

This year we are offering two services, 'CONNECT' and 'CONNECT: Concierge'. Please see below for further information on these.

CONNECT: 

The CONNECT Programme offers a seamless experience for visitors and exhibitors, where our visitors select who they would like to meet with based on their current projects. The meetings are conveniently organised for you by the team at Call & Contact Centre Expo. All meetings will be added to your Event APP.

CONNECT: CONCIERGE

Powered by The Knowledge Group (tkg), the CONNECT: Concierge programme, is a brand new offering this year, matching leading call & contact centre & customer experience professionals with suppliers in our bespoke one-to-one meeting programme. tkg will look to understand the buyers current pain points and needs and create a bespoke meeting programme for them.
